Avery Dennison has introduced its new designer collection for spring and summer 2009. It includes a range of apparel branding products, including graphic hangtags, woven and printed fabric labels, leather patches, heat transfers, RFID tickets and size stickers.
The company unveiled the collection, (assigning it with "a theme of renewal") during the Munich Fabric Start event held in Germany in February.
Many of the trim solutions in the collection are eco-friendly and combine both organic and synthetic materials. The collection introduces a new water-based Avery Dennison Halo-free Eco Transfer. It displays type in sizes under five points, and to ensure a crisp and clean image, it exhibits no adhesive halo around images or type. The collection also includes a sustainable offering that utilizes re-used sailcloth for hangtags.
